Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring your smartphone (fully charged) and any banking apps you want to learn about. If you haven't installed them yet, that's fine — we'll do it together during the workshop.
What if I've never used a banking app before?
That's exactly who our Foundations Workshop is designed for. We assume no prior experience and start from the very beginning. Many participants come to us having never used digital banking.
Will you have access to my bank account?
Absolutely not. You maintain complete control of your device and accounts throughout the workshop. We guide you through the steps, but you perform all actions yourself on your phone.
What banks and apps do you work with?
We work with whatever banking apps and digital wallets you need to learn. Our instructors are familiar with the major banks operating in Paraguay and common digital payment platforms.
What if I can't keep up with the group?
Our small group sizes exist specifically to prevent this. If you need extra time on any step, we adjust the pace. No one moves forward until everyone understands the current topic.
Can I come back if I forget what I learned?
Yes. Many participants attend multiple workshops or return for refresher sessions. Learning technology often requires repetition, and we welcome returning students.
