You'll receive written guides summarizing key steps and security practices. Take them home as reference materials for when you practice independently after the workshop.

Questions don't stop when the workshop ends. You can reach out after the session if you encounter issues or need clarification on something you practiced.
How Our Workshops Work
Before the Workshop
Once you register, we'll send you confirmation details including what to bring (just your smartphone, fully charged) and where to meet. If you have specific banking apps you want to focus on, let us know in advance.
You don't need to prepare anything or install apps beforehand. We'll do that together during the session, ensuring everything is set up correctly from the start.
During the Workshop
Sessions run for four hours with breaks. We work through each topic systematically, demonstrating first, then guiding you through performing the same action on your device.
You'll practice each operation multiple times. First with close guidance, then with less support as you gain confidence. By the end, you're performing operations independently.
Questions are encouraged throughout. If something isn't clear, we stop and clarify. If you need extra time on any step, we adjust the pace. No one moves forward until everyone understands.
After the Workshop
You'll leave with hands-on experience performing real banking operations, written reference materials, and the confidence that comes from having done it successfully under supervision.
Practice at home reinforces what you learned. If questions arise or something doesn't work as expected, you can contact us for support. Many participants return for additional workshops to build on their skills.
